UTSAV RATHI ARCHITECTS

I am an architect working across a diverse spectrum of projects, from residential and commercial developments to large-scale institutional and master planning work, including healthcare, residential, hotels, hospitals, institutions, aviation, and civic infrastructure. Working with world-leading architecture firms like Corgan Associates, Dallas, Texas and Hoefer Welker, Kansas, Missouri. With experience spanning India and the United States, my approach is shaped by an understanding of architecture across scales, contexts, and cultures.

I believe architecture has the ability to transform the way people inhabit and experience space. Each project is approached as a unique response—driven by site, defined by purpose, and refined through design. My work focuses on creating environments that are both intuitive and enduring.

Through a process rooted in contextual thinking and design exploration, I develop solutions that are specific to each client and their requirements. Materiality, sustainability, and efficiency remain central to every project, ensuring outcomes that are not only visually compelling, but also responsible and precise.
